This report is published to encourage the use of domestic products and give tariff reduction on those for which domestic production is of low feasibility through a preliminary review regarding if the research equipment and materials to be imported by a school, government-funded research institute, or government agency could be produced and provided in Korea. This paper explains the online/offline procedures and preparation guidelines for tariff reduction of research equipment. In the Appendix, in addition, the type of tariff reduction is divided into unconditional reduction and conditional reduction. Furthermore, a recommendation/dispute form for academic research materials for which domestic production is not feasible, an academic research goods recommendations and management ledger and equipment usage explanation form are added.
