The form of the ‘Review and Assessment Board on the Introduction of Research Equipment’ complies with a standard form. This report is published to take a look at its usability after being adjusted according to characteristics of bureau. This report states the review results by integrating the following: review requests for the introduction of research equipment prepared and submitted by the research entity (equipment constructor) for review of research equipment; equipment construction plan; equipment review opinion written and submitted by the review committee members by equipment; equipment review report. It contains a total of five research equipment review standard forms including a total equipment review opinion in which general opinions on all equipment are prepared and submitted) and form submitted to the NFEC by the bureau (research management agency) after review of the research equipment within fifteen (15) days.
