The national investment on research facilities & equipment is about $ 632 million USD which is only about 5.5% of government’s R&D investment. The research facilities & equipment is the base structure of science and technology, a source of national competitiveness, and it is an essential factor in R&D. Moreover, amount of investment acts as a core index in which competitiveness of national science and technology are evaluated.
