- Objectives
- To set a general research F&E advancement plan, develop specific annual implementation plans and support for the management of their progress and plan in each bureau for the purpose of promoting an efficient and balanced R&D infrastructure development program through the comprehensive and systematic operation and promotion of the co-utilization of national research F&E.

- Support of ‘National Research F&E Operation and Utilization Advancement Planning’ (annually) through the summary and analysis of inter-ministerial research F&E implementation plan and progress
