The information on research facilities and equipment established with national R&D projects are collected & managed through national research facilities and equipment management service of NTIS but a suggestion was made stating that current state of entire research facilities could not be grasped.

“MANUAL 23 Guidelines for registration of research facilities and information management” was made in order to provide clear definition of research facilities and to provide registration & management service where information of research facilities can be collected & managed without omission through expanding & creating new categories considering inherent features of research facilities.
