In terms of the equipment review standard form by the ‘Review and Assessment Board on the Introduction of Research Equipment,’ this standard form was established to use a joint standard form at the review of equipment. This manual includes a review request for the introduction of research equipment and equipment construction plan form, research equipment review opinion form, total equipment review opinion form, security oath, related party confirmation form, and review result submission form. At the introduction of research equipment, the Review and Assessment Board complies with the standard forms, but these can be adjusted according to each bureau’s characteristics.
