The Second Strategy Forum for Research Equipment Engineers(SFREE) was held in order to train research equipment specialized workers and strengthen the basis for fostering profession group to prepare a place to exchange information for research equipment engineers.

The SFREE held for the second time this year had dealt with status and outlook of research equipment engineers under the theme of "the necessity of training research equipment professionals" to search for policies and systems on training workers through in-depth discussion on the necessity of professionals and the directions for fostering them.
